High BPM and good vibes are mandatory in this hybrid weights and boxing fitness club. Custom workouts are developed by our experienced trainers, with each group session consisting of various and adaptable workout stations.
We cater to all ages and fitness level abilities!
In addition, our experienced coaches deliver technique based Kid's/Teens Boxing classes, as well as Boxing and Muay Thai sessions for the more experienced fighter.
Here at Fight Fit we also provide recovery service packages which are designed to not only enhance performance but help prevent injury and promote health and wellness for mind as well as body.

Meet The Team
Phoebe prides herself on creating a community felt experience unmatched. She also has an extensive knowledge in sports nutrition and can enhance your performance and recovery journey to work towards your fitness goals.
When she's not in the gym, she's usually doing reformer pilates or is over at Keppel. Phoebe originates from Cairns with a background of TV and radio marketing and shares a passion for health and fitness.
Owner and Coach for Vigor Performance & Coaching, Dan runs the weights-based and boxing classes here at FFA.
With a Bachelor of Exercise & Sport Science, Dan's true passion and area of expertise is keeping athletes strong and fit - and injury free.
Dan has recently achieved 1 boxing bout and is keen to grow his fighting record. Dan is also available for 1on1 personal training sessions.
We welcome Alex all the way from Auckland, NZ. Alex has been in the industry 5+ years and is the newest member to join the crew. With an impressive fight history, Alex has had 14 boxing fights (5 Pro in NZ & AUS) and 4 Kickboxing.

Meet Katie, she's our most recent trainer to join the crew and she runs our Monday morning weights-based classes.
Katie has been in the industry 5+ years with a passion for all things health & fitness, Katie is our certified resident nutritionist.
While she's not in the gym, Katie runs an online business, 'Healthy Habits by Katie' and coaches clients to implement healthy habits to achieve their own health & fitness goals.
This is Joel, our Muay Thai trainer for the afternoon 'Fight Class' sessions. Joel has been in the industry training and fighting in Australia & Thailand for 15+ years.
Joel is also a trainer for multiple ISKA, WMO & WMC state and national title holders with 5+ years of judging experience.
His favourite techniques to teach is knees, elbows and clinch.
KIDS & TEENS
Our classes give little boxers the best aspects of learning to box, focusing on non-contact drills, fitness and strength building exercises and working with partners.
The classes will get each individual skipping, running, jumping, punching bags, and working with a partner to improve hand-eye coordination, strength, and increase their core strength and overall fitness.
It’s also enormous fun and a matchless form of physical exercise. Joining our kids boxing sessions will introduce them to the sport in a safe and inspiring environment.
Our young boxers love the physical training as well as the social interaction. The classes are well structured but with a relaxed feel so there is always a lot of laughter and fun. Our coaches make sure every class has plenty of fitness and good boxing training.
Each session runs twice a week at 3.45pm, for girls and boys aged between 10-15 years. Please contact us for current fees which are required in full prior to term commencing.
A training session for both novice and experienced fighters. For the novices, a boxing class typically includes a focus on the basic techniques and fundamentals of the sport. As they progress, they are introduced to more advanced drills and combinations to enhance their skills and coordination. Experienced fighters, on the other hand, participate in more challenging and intense workouts. They might focus on refining their techniques, increasing their speed and power, and working on advanced defensive maneuvers. Furthermore, they engage in sparring sessions with fellow experienced fighters to further develop their tactical awareness and adaptability in the ring. Overall, a boxing class caters to both beginners and seasoned fighters alike, focusing on honing skills, building strength, improving endurance, and achieving overall physical and mental fitness.
CARDIO BOXING CLASSES
Meet SWEAT + SWEAT 2.0 !
These sessions involve high intensity workouts, designed to increase your anaerobic capacity for a fitter, faster and more agile physique.
These classes provide you with boxing orientated workouts that incorporate a variety of exercises using bag work, boxing combinations, strength and conditioning equipment, skipping, and abdominal exercises.
A full body work out to help increase your cardiovascular endurance whilst also helping you gain boxing skills and self defense techniques.
